Testimonials:
"Honestly, it has taken a few days to write this because I have been trying to put in words what this workshop has done in just 15 wks for me.
Immensely grateful to you for working in this community to help me identify my ACE’s and what to do when I am feeling overwhelmed by childhood trauma and the decisions I had to make to survive young adulthood and as a Mother. Breaking down the barriers that kept me from feeling worthy of the great things that have happened in my life and being able to enjoy them are because I am using the booklet to reference and apply as well as make sense of what is triggering me and why someone else is being able to trigger me and not allowing it to take me into a downward spiral that I was doing to myself prior to this booklet and workshop.
Now, I know I am worthy of the boundaries that I set with people that I come into contact with and have relationships with whether they're friends, family, coworkers, or neighbor. I am OK with pausing those relationships if there is a hard moment or disagreement that it doesn’t have to come down to belligerent speech towards one another or God forbid violence. I don’t have to stand in circles to convince people of my side of the story. I am OK with allowing people to think what they want to believe. I am also OK with removing myself physically from conversations being had about people who are not in the room and not engaging with gossip because I have let go of these things I am sleeping a lot better the anxiety, the angst the overthinking unconfident negative talk about myself have all subsided thanks to this workshop and this workbook which is worthy of a reread and a reread."

"We often think about health as distinct pieces - we think of our bodies, our minds, our emotions, our spirituality, and our connection to community as separate rooms in a house. But when we’re navigating the complexities of daily life—everything from the cleaning house, paying bills, getting to work on time, and taking care of our family and ourselves, all while trying to find moments of peace and joy—the weight of each day can sit on our shoulders like a boulder, and we know the truth: everything is connected. This workbook illustrates this truth and offers guidance to navigate the interconnected complexities of daily life.
I have had the privilege of participating in some of Ain’s workshops, which both inspire and incorporate the brilliance within this workbook. In those workshops, we explored breathwork, meditation, and stress management as tools that we can use to integrate many of the 21 Rs discussed in this book, including:
regenerate, reevaluate, retrain, revive, resurge, release, and reset.
What struck me most about the people that Ain brings together isn't just their willingness to learn, but the incredible resilience that filled the room.
If you are using this workbook, you are already showing a commitment to "making it work.” This workbook is not about changing who you are; it is about giving you more room to breathe while providing some guidance to make it work even better.
This workbook and the workshops that emerge from it matter because true "well-being" is not a luxury reserved for the few; it is a fundamental tool for survival and growth. Everyone has the right to true wellness. And in this book, Ain provides a clear outline, with action steps and compassionate guidance, on the path to holistic wellness - integrating the mind, body and spirt. I encourage you to read what Ain provides in these lessons because they are practical and true and profound. As you move through each “R", be patient with yourself. Healing and stability are rarely straight lines. But know that by picking up this workbook, you are making a profound investment in yourself and your community.
You have the strength to endure; it is time to give yourself the permission to flourish. We are all so fortunate to have found a path to Ain and her compassion, her willingness to teach and learn from the people she meets, and her commitment to the health and wellness of her community.
With gratitude and solidarity,
Carrie"

Carrie supported the community from the very first workshop until the very last workshop. She taught us how to release negativity and toxicity and let in creativity and positivity through breath work and a genuine LOVE for the community, building changes and healthy habits. Thank you Carrie for everything! Without you it would have been hard to begin. Your encouragement helped me to encourage others. Thank you Carrie! 💐
This series of one hundred workshops taught me true grit, resilience, discipline, self-reliance, how to accept help, and how to push through.
I often told the participants that they were the most important part of the workshops, and it's true, they are! I thank all of you for taking this journey with me and the good thing is, the journey isn't over.
As we say goodbye to the first series of workshops, we began a new series starting Monday, August 18th, with the Men's workshops. The Women's workshops will begin August 20th.
I hope to see you there!
